Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic matching pair of antique Nippon porcelain 5” small berry/sauce bowls. Featuring a stunning, hand-painted scenic landscape depicting a cottage tucked into lush trees by a lakeshore under a soft yellow sky. Both bowls bear the historic antique Nippon backstamp on the reverse (the central diamond-cross mark), legally dating these pieces between 1891 and 1921.
