These dishes are from the iconic Portmeirion Botanic Garden dinnerware collection, originally designed by Susan Williams-Ellis in 1972. A green laurel/ivy leaf band outlines each piece. Detailed, scientific-style botanical illustrations of flowers accompanied by butterflies and insects. Each flower includes its Latin and common English names printed in a distinct red-brown serif font. There is a variety of vintage 1982, post 1990 and post 2000 back stamps. Items listed accordingly. Has some surface wear or scratches mostly on the steak platters. No chips or cracks.
